Domestic Shipping Service
Free domestic shipping on orders of 1,200 THB or more.

If the order total is less than 1,200 THB, or if the order includes any item discounted by more than 30%, an additional shipping fee will apply based on the product category, as follows:
- APPAREL / HARDWARE: 100 THB per order
- FOOTWEAR: 100 THB per pair

Order Processing Cut-off Time
Orders are processed daily with a cut-off time of 11:00 AM.
• Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed on the next processing cycle or the next business day.

Note: The company operates on business days (Monday–Saturday). No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Saturday will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

Delivery Time
• Bangkok and Metropolitan Area: approximately 2–3 business days
• Upcountry areas: approximately 2–3 business days

**In the case of a product return, refunds will be issued within 14 business days after tlss.co.th has received the returned item and completed a product condition inspection**

** Failure to comply with the terms and conditions stated above shall be deemed beyond the responsibility of TLSS.THAILAND. The company reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases. **

Product exchange and return conditions

• promotional products, and products with limited purchase rights or Limited Edition products cannot be exchanged or returned in any case, except for products with defects resulting from manufacturing.
• Regular-priced products, products that use member discounts, and products that are discounted in season can be exchanged or returned.
• Product exchanges/returns can be made within 14 days from the date the product arrives at its destination.
• The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with no torn or damaged product labels, and the product must be in its complete packaging.
• For product exchanges or returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and the shipping cost of THB 100 for the new product to be exchanged in all cases, except for products with manufacturing defects only
• Product exchange/return is limited to 1 time per 1 order number.
• If it is found that the number of product return history is close to the order, the officer has the right to refuse to return the product and reserves the right to close the user account on tlss.co.th without prior notice.

1. Warranty Coverage
1.1 This warranty applies only to products purchased from TLSS Thailand or our authorized retailers, including:

The warranty covers products used under normal and intended conditions and defects resulting from manufacturing faults only.
1.2 TLSS Thailand reserves the right to reject any warranty claim that does not comply with the terms and conditions stated in this policy.

2. Warranty Period
2.1 Products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the original date of purchase, as verified by the purchase receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
3.1 Please contact the retailer or sales channel where the product was purchased. Submit your claim along with clear photos of the product and a brief description of the issue. Claims may be submitted either online or in-store.
3.2 A valid purchase receipt, tax invoice, or other proof of purchase must be provided for every warranty claim.
3.3 The physical product must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please contact the seller for shipping instructions if applicable.
3.4 Please return the product clean and complete with its original packaging and all included accessories to facilitate the warranty claim process.
3.5 If your warranty claim is approved, you will receive a replacement product of the same model and size, subject to stock availability.
3.6 If the original product is no longer available, TLSS Thailand will offer an alternative product from the same brand with an equal or higher retail value for your consideration.

4. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover products that:
4.1 Have been used improperly or for unintended purposes (such as using football boots on unsuitable playing surfaces) or have been damaged due to improper care or maintenance.
4.2 Have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
4.3 Were purchased with a discount of 30% or more.
4.4 Were received as complimentary items, promotional gifts, or prizes from marketing campaigns or events.

5. Policy Updates
5.1 TLSS Thailand reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Warranty & Product Claim Policy at any time without prior notice.
