How do I choose the right size?

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days after payment. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be delayed by 1–2 days. Thank you for your patience!

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time

  • Bangkok and its vicinity 1-3 business days (except Saturday-Sunday and public holidays)
  • Upcountry 2-4 business days (except Saturday-Sunday and public holidays)

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight and destination country. International Shipping Fees: Paid by the customer. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

What is your return policy?

Product exchange and return conditions

  • promotional products, and products with limited purchase rights or Limited Edition products cannot be exchanged or returned in any case, except for products with defects resulting from manufacturing.
  • Regular-priced products, products that use member discounts, and products that are discounted in season can be exchanged or returned.
  • Product exchanges/returns can be made within 14 days from the date the product arrives at its destination.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with no torn or damaged product labels, and the product must be in its complete packaging.
  • For product exchanges or returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and the shipping cost of a new product to be exchanged in all cases. Except for products with manufacturing defects only.
  • Product exchange/return is limited to 1 time per 1 order number.
  • If it is found that the number of product return history is close to the order, the officer has the right to refuse to return the product and reserves the right to close the user account on arifootballstore.com without prior notice.
