Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Service
Free domestic shipping on orders of 1,200 THB or more.

If the order total is less than 1,200 THB, or if the order contains any item discounted by more than 30%, an additional shipping fee will apply based on the product category, as follows:
- APPAREL / HARDWARE: 100 THB per order
- FOOTWEAR: 100 THB per pair

Order Processing Cut-off Time
Orders are processed daily with a cut-off time at 11:00 AM.
• Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed on the next processing cycle or the next business day.

Delivery Time
• Bangkok and Metropolitan Area: approximately 2–3 business days
• Upcountry areas: approximately 2–3 business days

**In the case of a product return, refunds will be issued within 14 business days after tlss.co.th has received the returned item and completed a product condition inspection**

**Failure to comply with the terms and conditions stated above shall be considered beyond the responsibility of TLSS.THAILAND, and the company’s decision shall be deemed final. **

Return and refund policy

Product exchange and return conditions

promotional products, and products with limited purchase rights or Limited Edition products cannot be exchanged or returned in any case, except for products with defects resulting from manufacturing.
Regular-priced products, products that use member discounts, and products that are discounted in season can be exchanged or returned.
Product exchanges/returns can be made within 14 days from the date the product arrives at its destination.
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with no torn or damaged product labels, and the product must be in its complete packaging.
For product exchanges or returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and the shipping cost of THB 100 for the new product to be exchanged in all cases, except for products with manufacturing defects only
Product exchange/return is limited to 1 time per 1 order number.
If it is found that the number of product return history is close to the order, the officer has the right to refuse to return the product and reserves the right to close the user account on tlss.co.th without prior notice.

Its sock-like design fits the instep snugly; the comfortable fabric enhances breathability and the soft material improves instep touch while effectively reducing friction-induced damage.

Lining
The suede anti-slip lining provides sufficient friction preventing the shoe from slipping off the heel during movement.
